You'll have access to all of the introductory info (about 30 minutes worth) and bonus healing exercises to review at your convenience three days before we start the daily prompts. At the beginning of each day, the specific information and exercises will be available for you to go through at any time (although we do recommend you do them first thing each morning). The reading and journaling work is designed to take about 20-30 minutes per day.
In addition, we'll have optional exclusive community discussions with like-minded entrepreneurs who can relate to your blocks and goals. Jen and Jenna will lead a live group coaching session five times throughout the course, which are recorded and available for replay.

Our bodies store much of the information, memories and stories that we were unable or unwilling to process at the time it was presented to us. That means our bodies unconsciously cause us to repeat bad habits, old patterns and keep us feeling stuck, all in an effort to keep us safe.
In this course we will identify what the body is holding on to and bring it back to the mind, process it, then help your body accept the new healed information to create a new set point.
The identification process utilizes journaling and some additional limiting belief work.
This integration process is done primarily using Brain Gym and other specialized kinesiology techniques to help the brain work as a unit with the body, which is where the magic happens. Some call this the zone of genius.

Kinesiology is simply the study of the body in motion. In addition to being a successful working homeschooling mom and a Mental Health Counselor living with an ADHD diagnosis, Jen is a Certified Touch for Health Kinesiologist.
When a doctor pushes on muscles to see if your neurological system is functioning appropriately. When a physical therapist pushes on your arms or legs to find weakness or pain, then teaches you specific movement to strengthen the body and decreases pain. Even when a specialized kinesiologist pushes on a muscle to find imbalances in the body then determines the best technique to correct those imbalances with powerful result.
These are all amazing ways to use kinesiology, the last one is the one we focus on in this course.
~Expect to take about 30-60 minutes to get familiar with the course platform and read through the introductory resources. You'll have access to the introduction resources as well as the bonus healing section three days before the course actually starts!
~Expect that reading through the materials, watching the videos, and journaling your thoughts will take about 30 minutes. Each day's material will be available for you to review at your convenience. We do recommend you review the material and do the journal work first thing in the morning, if possible. You are worth prioritizing yourself! Alternatively consider doing the next days journaling in the evening before bed and get any questions or thoughts in the platform to get the most out of the community!
Jen and Jenna will host a live zoom call at for approx. 1 hour 5 different times throughout the two weeks of this course. First we will open forum to any questions or comments about the work you have completed, then Jen will coach us through a balance for brain integration and we will conclude the call with technical questions and anything that came up as a result of the integration. It is important you tune in live or at least watch the recorded sessions because we will perform specific kinesiology balances to integrate all the amazing work you do independently and within the community.
The integration is where the magic of this course happens. You can participate as much or as little as you want in our exclusive online community. We find it's helpful to connect with others in a safe space and share our breakthroughs, but the amount you participate is completely up to you.

During each live coaching call, Jen will coach us through a balance for brain integration and we will conclude the call with technical questions and anything that came up as a result of the integration.
