YOUR (SELF)LIMITING BELIEFS are your emotional autopilot. Autopilot is based on your experiences from the past, or your perspective of a reality and may not be true. self-talk is your rolling monologue in your mind, it can be conscious and subconscious. That self-talk determines your success or failure. What you tell yourself all day everyday determines your reality. If you desire a reality different from the one you perceive, it starts with identifying and rewriting your limiting beliefs. On the subconscious level, your mind is closed to any information that could force you to re-evaluate your beliefs. Instead, your mind seeks out information that validates what you already believe to be truth.
