Feeling Stuck? You are NOT alone! Studies show that healing and change happen faster and with less resistance when done in community. Our virtual community group is only for members of the Limiting Beliefs Breakthrough Challenge. It's a safe space (not connected to social media) where you can share questions, insights, limiting beliefs, and new limitless beliefs as well as connect with other like minded people on a journey to improve their lives. Of course, you'll have support through daily live videos streamed in our community during the challenge time period from Jen (Professional Mental Health Counselor), in addition to this private community. Shy? You don't have to share your screen on the live videos with Jen, nor do you need to use your full name in our private community. You can privately submit questions/thoughts for Jen in advance of each live session as well, if you prefer.
Plus, Jenna Green, chronic illness advocate, self healer, and community manager will be joining us as a peer moderator for the community as well. Jenna has already completed the full Self Reclaimed Course with Jen's guidance and has experienced exciting positive shifts in not only her mental wellbeing, but also improvements in her physical health too. Expect to take about half an hour to an hour to get familiar with the course platform and read through the introductory resources. You'll have access to the introduction resources as well as the bonus healing section three days before the challenge actually starts! Starting Monday 10/23 and for each of the five days, expect that reading through the materials and journaling your thoughts will take about 20-30 minutes. Each day's material will be available for you to review at your convenience. We do recommend you review the material and do the journaling work first thing in the morning, if possible. You are worth prioritizing yourself!
Each day during the week of the challenge, Jen will host an optional live zoom call at 7pm EST for approx. 1 hour that you're welcome to join in on. You can ask her questions and connect with others in the community, or you can watch the replay at your leisure. You can participate as much or as little as you want in our exclusive online community as well. We find it's helpful to connect with others in a safe space, and share our breakthroughs, but it's not a requirement.

Of course, we hope you'll prioritize yourself (you ARE worthy of it after all ) and commit about 20-30 minutes each day to going through the materials. You can participate in the daily zoom calls and exclusive community as much or as little as you want.
Jen is a homeschooling mom to an active six year old and a business owner, and Jenna, our peer community moderator, lives with multiple chronic illness diagnosis's, so we certainly understand that things come up!

We'll move from addressing anger, the lowest vibrational emotion but often the most misunderstood, to discuss sacrifice and deprivation and we'll identify how you're doing yourself a disservice with your limiting beliefs.
Often it's easy to forgive others who may have offended or wronged us, but it's hard to forgive ourselves. On day three, so we'll work through these emotions and limiting beliefs to re-frame and re-write these perspectives, forgiving ourselves so that we can move forward.
On day four, we'll explore and discuss what's truly important to you in your life and what drives you, which will be more clear once you've re-written limiting beliefs from the days prior. Understanding your purpose, and any limiting beliefs you have tied to it, will help you to continue in an upward emotional trajectory to feeling more satisfied with your life.
The final day brings us to love, one of the highest vibrational emotions we can feel as humans. We'll release any limiting beliefs we have related to our own worth, self love, and abilities to receive love. You'll learn skills to help you love yourself, especially through challenges, and what self care truly means to you. You'll have action items to put these into place so that you can start reclaiming your life!

Yes! In fact, the course and the community will all be held virtually together on this website. When you register and pay, you'll create a login that you'll use once we get started on 10/23/23.
As much as we love social media, we know that it can be distracting and we want to create the most seamless experience possible for all participants. You can choose to receive notifications about new posts in the community or not!
That's ok! You are definitely not alone, but we want you to be as comfortable as possible while you do this work (which we know in itself IS uncomfortable). You can share as much, or as little as you're comfortable with. You don't even need to share your last name with the community!
You do not have to be on camera to participate during Jen's daily live coaching calls! You can also submit your questions/thoughts privately in advance of each live (held inside our private community) and/or watch the replay if you prefer.
This group is not at all connected to your social media and we will ensure it's a safe space. Want some 1:1 help? We'll have a special opportunity for participants to book half hour discounted virtual chats directly with Jen as well.

I went through the full Self Reclaimed course with Jen and Jenna Green this summer, and it was transformational. In fact, I even started eating wheat-based bread again without intense fear, because I truly felt ready to trust myself and my body. There is no need to go into the long story that lead up to that moment, but it was significant as health problems and anxieties had made such an act previously so difficult.
Improving ourselves, connecting to who we are, and healing where healing is needed is an essential part of life, but it’s hard to do on our own. I’m going to be completely honest, going through the SELF program is incredibly challenging. Challenging because this program makes you unearth things from your past that will be difficult to deal with. You will laugh, cry, and even become angry, but it is so rewarding because you learn to think of yourself in an entirely different light.
